Victoria and Witt were married on a crisp, beautiful spring afternoon exactly one year ago today. And as I sit on my porch, quarantined at home putting together this journal entry, the wonderful memories of planning and executing the design of this wedding fill me with joy. I hope the beauty of this day brings you some comfort as well.
It was a two-day install for our team to create the floral ceiling above the dance floor, drape the tent in greenery, and bring in all the floral designs for the ceremony and reception that amounted to over 4,000 stems in total when it was all said and done. Victoria initially came into our studio wanting to create a lush greenery-inspired wedding and about halfway through the process we transitioned to an all-neutrals palette. WHITE became the theme of the day, and we absolutely love how everything came together. Keely Thorne did a masterful job, as always, putting together all the event details.
Bleached foliages, airy white florals, and hints of greenery created an elegant, timeless look that I’m sure we’ll be coming back to for a long time to be inspired by. And for the baby’s breath skeptics out there - look no further for proof of its enduring beauty. Victoria and Witt, happy anniversary - we wish you all the happiness! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this magical day.
