How do I decide between A La Carte or Full Service? Our A La Carte services include a wide range of floral arrangements and décor that can be beautifully designed + customized to your color palette for events of all sizes with no minimums. This option is perfect for clients who are looking for streamlined process, prioritize budget and ease, or those with a short timeline.
With either level of service, our team of expert floral designers are here to guide you and help make your vision come to life!
Where do I start? Our illustrative menu and set-price catalogue makes online ordering quick and easy. Simply fill out our Step One: Event Details, browse our collection of arrangements and decor, and add the items that fit your vision to your cart. Once you are happy with your selections, complete your checkout right from our website!
Floral arrangements are designed in the vessels pictured and are yours to keep!
How far in advance should I place my flower order for my upcoming wedding or event? We require orders to be placed at least 3 weeks prior to your event to ensure we can accommodate everything you need. For rush orders less than 3 full weeks away, please email hello@stemfloral.com to confirm last minute availability before ordering.
Can I request specific flowers or colors? When you fill out our Step One: Event Details form, you will be able to enter your color choices. We will use the season’s best florals to create one-of-a-kind arrangements just for you.
Due to a number of factors, we cannot guarantee specific flower types but we will do our best to take your requests into consideration.
Can I send my inspiration photos? Of course, we love seeing your inspiration photos! After placing your order, you can send your order number and inspiration photos to becca@stemfloral.com.
Your inspiration photos will serve as a guide for our designers as we create arrangements for you that are unique and beautiful while staying true to our signature Stems style.
Does A La Carte include a Design Consultation or a mock-up to see what my flowers are going to look like? No, our A La Carte option does not include an in-person consultation or a mock-up. Once you place your order, if you would like to schedule a phone call with a designer to go over any questions you might have, you can reach out to hello@stemfloral.com.
What does “delivery” include? We offer A La Carte drop off delivery in the Austin area Wednesday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Delivery pricing is based on distance from our local flower studio and calculated at checkout. Delivery does not include set up.
When placing your order, you will choose a two-hour delivery window and provide us with details about the delivery address as well as a designated delivery contact. Our delivery driver will drop off your order within that two-hour window to the address that has been provided to us.
Time specific or after hours delivery requests are subject to availability + additional charges. Please email hello@stemfloral.com to check availability.
I want an arch or installation, is that possible? We offer Floral Swags that are perfect for attaching to arches, signs, bannisters, etc. We do not offer any on-site installations with our A La Carte service. If you are interested in an on-site installation, our Stems Studio Team is here for all your full service needs!
After my event, do you come back to clean up the flowers? Breakdown services are not included with our A La Carte orders. All of the florals and vases are yours to keep. However, if you prefer or your venue requires it, you can add our optional breakdown service to your cart and our team can come back and collect everything at the end of your event.
